The Opportunity
Solis Lab is expanding with a new LatAm division and a remote development team. We are currently seeking skilled Front-end Developers to collaborate with our US clients, creating marketing and e-commerce sites for renowned global brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Transform designs into responsive, functional, and accessible frontend components
- Implement and maintain best practices for accessibility, performance, and coding standards
- Collaborate effectively with team leaders, project managers, and technical leads

Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in English, comfortable with technical documentation
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of SEO-friendly, semantic HTML5 coding
- Experience with Tailwind CSS or native CSS features
- Skilled in implementing responsive web layouts
- Familiar with CSS preprocessors, JavaScript frameworks, and design tools
- Comfortable using Git and at least one branching strategy
Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus):
- Verbal English communication skills
- TypeScript
- Webpack / Babel / Vite

Application Process
Our application process consists of three stages to ensure a comprehensive evaluation of each candidate while taking the least amount of your precious time:
- CV Screening: We will review your CV to determine if your background and interests align with our job description. This stage typically takes 1-2 business days.
- Interview: If your CV is a match, we will contact you to schedule a 1-1.5 hour interview. The interview agenda includes:
- 15-30 mins: Q&A session with our Technical Lead to discuss your past, present, and future career development.
- 30-45 mins: Technical assessment involving Q&A, live coding, and whiteboard problem-solving exercises.
- 15 mins: Additional time for further technical discussions or general Q&A as needed.
- Result announcement: After evaluating your interview performance, we will notify you of the results. If we are ready to extend an offer, we will schedule a 15-30 minute call to discuss the next steps in the hiring process. If your application is not successful, we will inform you of the decision via email.
